Great an exercises and I like the variety and how you can change the time. I started with the exercises in Set 1 for 5 minutes and each week am moving up to make it longer and then moving through the sets as well. However one thing I wish this app had would be the ability to track the days that you have done the an exercises and for how long, what set etc and then the people who are doing this on a daily basis c see what theyve done and how they could mix up the exercises etc. thanks!
