I really like the simple idea

I am using this app twice a day. I use it before morning workout(p90x3) and at night after(t25) It is the perfect add on abs workout! And less than a dollar

Great Eveyday Add-on

Love the fact that you can customize the order of the workouts. I can target lower or upper abs or do any combination of both. Its a great add on to my regular CrossFitness workouts!

This app. will help you tone your abs but you have to use it at least 5 times a week, progressing up every time it gets too easy.

I use this on a daily basis. I wish I could say it gets easier but it doesnt but I guess thats the point. Keeps on track and I definitely see results!

Meh

The 3 abdominal workouts are good for beginner/intermediate. Not very intense. Do NOT waste your $.99 on the Swiss ball workouts because they too easy. Good for beginners.

Great ab workout app

Great exercise selection and instructions / videos for each one. Its also great to have the random feature for getting unique workouts. Ive used quite a few ab apps and this one has immediately become a fave.

This app is great! My life is super busy and my schedule unpredictable- so I love this app for when I cant get to the gym for coaching me through a quick set or two to help my muscles remember what they are for

Excellent

The key for me is consistency. Of course I like to fit in an hour of working out, but if I dont fit in any at all, I start to slack off. These quick workouts are challenging, and the ten minute time slot is perfect for keeping me on track on busy mornings!

Best way to get your abs started

Great approach to building up from zero. Very flexible and user friendly. Almost like a personal trainer in your phone !

Great App

Great workouts. Visuals good as well. And always puts a little guilt on you when your alarm for your nightly ab workout pops up and youre eating loaded mashed potatoes. Oh the motivation.

Great morning wake up for the midsection!

Not just for beginners!

This ab workout program gives you choices between different routines to exercise. Beginners can learn what to do by watching and repeating as shown. However, its still a challenge for me as an intermediate to advanced user. The in-out teaser of routine 2 almost nearly kills me every time I do it. The ultimate benefit of this app is the satisfaction you feel after doing a workout. Your abs are actually stronger to the touch of your hand.
