I L-O-V-E The Daily Workout Apps... BUT what would make them even BETTER is if you could connect and compete for calories each day, week, month with friends!!! Talk about motivation!!!!!

Does what it says

Great app, that I use daily. It really makes a difference in the strength and tone of my abs in just 5 minutes, and its nice to be able to increase the time as well, so that I can add to my workout if I have extra minutes. I stay home with my toddler, so being able to grab 5 minutes to target my abs with this app has been perfect.

One good thing about my ex...

She introduced me to this app. Now that theyve added HealthKit integration, its perfect. Simple, customizable 5-10min ab workouts with video instruction and audio cues. Customizable break length between exercises. And it works especially well over AirPlay with music in the background. Personally, I just use the random workout generator. Laziness friendly. Customizable reminders. The only workout app Ive ever stuck with. A++

Hits all the abs. Would enjoy more sets than just 3. Overall a great app in addition to my pull-up, push-up and 7-minute workout.

Really useful app

Good, solid workouts. I especially like the randomize option which helps prevent boredom. Regular updates with more exercises is a huge plus. Thanks for such a useful app.
